Thank you for your interest in joining Service 1st Credit Union. In order to become a member you must complete a Membership Application and meet the following requirements.

Fields of Membership Eligibility

Members need to meet one (1) of the following requirements:

• Employed by one of our Select Employee Groups
• Maintain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Live, work or attend school within one of the following zip codes: 33610, 33619, 33510, 33592, 33527, 33584, 34470, 34471, or 34472
• Relative of a qualified eligible Service 1st CU member
  • By blood
  • By adoption
  • By marriage

Required Membership Documentation

• Original Membership Application completed with all necessary signatures
• Copy of driver's license or State ID Card for all applicants
• Proof of Eligibility
  • Statement of Eligibility when joining through a family member
  • Copy of most recent pay stub showing employment eligibility when joining through Sabal Park, Select Employee Group or an Eligible Zip Code

You must also have one of the following

• Direct Deposit
• Payroll Deduction
• $5.00 initial deposit

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all banks to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: when you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
